Project realized while working with Gensler

 

Gensler was chosen the finalist to design a new 5-hectare mixed-use shopping center just outside of Auckland, New Zealand. The first phase of the project included many workshops with stakeholders, local business, Maori and members of the various Polynesian communities. The masterplan was developed over the next year and our team coordinated with local architects, landscape architects and two development groups. The resultant project is a successful shopping center, meeting point and series of event spaces that redefined this part of the city
