cloth. aged it a bit as the black looked too fake and new... |

I bought this in 1982, the first year fender starting their reissue
series. I had it painted a year later at e.u. wurlitzer in boston
by a great luthier. a friend had it the past 25 years and I just
got it back... |

I got this as a 'project' guitar that I could experiments and
beat on. I started rasping out the back to create a stratocaster
curve. there is more work to do but I couldn't bear to have a
guitar apart for more than a day. |
